CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR GREAT SUPPORTERS

It's been a successful start to the spring carnival for some of Leneva Park's best supporters.

Mick Price and Michael Kent Junior have already added a Group 1 win to the tally this spring when Leneva Park favourite I'm Thunderstruck downed Alligator Blood to win the Group 1 Makybe Diva Stakes at Flemington a fortnight ago, and on Saturday they enjoyed a super successful day with Jacquinot winning the Group 1 Golden Rose in Sydney while Leneva Park regular Daisies won the Group 2 Stocks Stakes at Moonee Valley on Friday night.

Our team is always thrilled when horses come through our pre-training program and race on to success for their connections, and I'm Thunderstruck and Daisies are certainly two of our favourites on the farm.

"It's such a privilege to be able to work with horses like these two, we're so grateful for the support that Mick and Junior give our business. They are very loyal and they spread the love around with a couple of other pre-trainers who do a great job for them too, we're so happy to be a part of their program," said Longwood Operations Manager Sarah Beaumont.

"One of our long time staff Jess fell in love with I'm Thunderstruck on the first day he arrived on our farm, she was beside herself when he won on the weekend. Our staff get right behind these horses and follow them through to the track with pride."

The Leneva Park team were also pleased to see Lloyd Kennewell's gifted sprinter Direct return with a win at Mornington on Saturday. Lloyd has always held Direct in really high regard and was confident that the horse had prepared well to make it a winning return on Saturday.

It might have only a Benchmark 70 Handicap, but we think Direct could string a few wins together this spring for Lloyd and connections - he is a horse to follow!

Give your horse the best chance at racetrack success - book them in for a pre-training program with Leneva Park.
